📋 Description

• Manage core finance ops: AR, AP, Treasury, Fixed Assets with the in-house team.
• Ensure timely period-end closure of books (monthly/quarterly/annual) and MIS reports.
• Review and monitor internal controls framework; ensure effective implementation.
• Ensure compliance with Companies Act, 2013 relevant to private limited companies.
• Review and oversee direct/indirect tax compliance; coordinate with external advisors.
• Ensure compliance with FEMA regulations, including reporting and documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Chartered Accountant with 5+ years of experience.
• Strong GAAP accounting knowledge.
• Experience of managing an accounting team.
• GST and Income tax compliance experience.
• Must have experience with Netsuite.
• Experience with managing audits.
