📋 Description
- Own the pipeline number; set targets; drive funnel with Salesforce attribution.
- Grow Boston customer base; close expansions; host customer gatherings.
- Partner with Boston sales rep; generate demand; align on targeting and coverage.
- Get out in the market; meet VCs/accelerators; visit customer offices; attend events.
- Build founder community; host events; curate guest lists; become a connector.
- Own university partnerships with Harvard iLab, MIT Martin Trust Center.
🎯 Requirements
- 6+ years in marketing, community, partnerships, or growth at a VC-backed company.
- Proactive with an agency mindset; form a POV and act.
- Track record of growing a business, product line, or market.
- Comfortable in-market meeting founders/VCs; prefer in-person.
- Sociable with strong event marketing and relationship skills.
- CRM/data fluent; read dashboards and manage a pipeline.
