📋 Description

  • Develop and manage supply chain strategies to support operational and business objectives.
  • Oversee procurement, inventory management, receiving, warehouse operations, logistics, and material planning.
  • Ensure timely and cost effective procurement of direct and indirect materials for operations.
  • Establish and maintain strong supplier relationships and monitor supplier performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, project management, and operations teams to forecast material demand and production requirements.
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure operational continuity while minimizing excess and obsolete stock.

🎯 Requirements

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor degree preferred.
  • 8+ years in supply chain, procurement, logistics, warehouse, or inventory management.
  • ERP experience required; Epicor experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (and MS Office).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills.
  • Experience with industrial products, manufacturing environments, and working with suppliers/vendors.
