- Develop and manage supply chain strategies to support operational and business objectives.
- Oversee procurement, inventory management, receiving, warehouse operations, logistics, and material planning.
- Ensure timely and cost effective procurement of direct and indirect materials for operations.
- Establish and maintain strong supplier relationships and monitor supplier performance metrics.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, project management, and operations teams to forecast material demand and production requirements.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure operational continuity while minimizing excess and obsolete stock.
🎯 Requirements
- High school diploma required; Bachelor degree preferred.
- 8+ years in supply chain, procurement, logistics, warehouse, or inventory management.
- ERP experience required; Epicor experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (and MS Office).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills.
- Experience with industrial products, manufacturing environments, and working with suppliers/vendors.
