📋 Description
- Partner with production and fulfilment teams to ensure equipment and staff are ready to cook and scale.
- Provide day-to-day shift leadership for the Kitchen, coaching the shift team.
- Be first point of contact to diagnose and fix plant issues, including site services.
- Own and drive reliability of machinery; respond quickly to breakdowns.
- Lead Root Cause Analysis of efficiency losses and major breakdowns.
- Drive the CI plan for your area and collaborate with the Engineering team.
🎯 Requirements
- Strong multi-skilled engineering background including a recognised apprenticeship.
- Electrical bias with experience in electrical diagnostics.
- Qualified to HNC level in Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Engineering or Senior Technician role; supervisory experience.
- PC literate; proficient with Google Suite and cloud-based systems.
- Excellent communication, planning and scheduling; ability to coach others.
