- 8+ years in customer success, implementation, or related role.
- Experience managing enterprise accounts with high-value deals.
- Strong executive presence with C-suite and VP stakeholders.
- Lead end-to-end post-sale lifecycle from implementation to expansion.
- Manage hardware and software deployments with cross-functional teams.
- Travel up to 50% as needed.
