📋 Description

• Build and own AI voice and content foundations across surfaces.
• Work with ML researchers to embed content standards into training.
• Translate clinical workflows into language clinicians trust and patients can use.
• Define content standards for clinicians and patients.
• Partner with product, design, and engineering to ensure content quality.
• Establish the craft of content design across the team.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in content design or UX writing.
• Experience building AI style guides and content standards.
• Understanding how LLMs are trained (pre-training vs post-training).
• Ability to explain highly technical concepts clearly and honestly.
• Ability to write for clinicians and patients with different needs.
• Portfolio spanning enterprise and consumer/patient products.
