- Own setup, onboarding, offboarding, and day-one provisioning.
- Manage day-to-day IT requests and candidate work-tests environments.
- Embedded with the Tech team; own the employee lifecycle end-to-end.
- Proactively improve IT processes rather than just maintain.
- On-site role based in the Collingwood office.
🎯 Requirements
- Strong macOS setup, troubleshooting, and handover skills.
- Experience with Google Workspace and Slack.
- Methodical approach; gather info first, document findings.
- Explain issues clearly without making users feel silly.
- Genuine service instinct; care about the person waiting.
- Desktop support or helpdesk experience, or IT studies.
- Maintains composure with multiple tasks and details.
