📋 Description

• Embed with enterprise customers to map procurement workflows.
• Build and deploy AI agent solutions using AppStudio and customer data.
• Own customer relationships and manage multiple accounts.
• Surface the next problem to expand contract value.
• Produce architecture documentation for built solutions and generalization.
• Represent Zip on-site for live testing and stakeholder sessions.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in enterprise procurement or related finance ops.
• Experience building AI agents or automated workflows (AppStudio, Claude, N8N, Make, Zapier).
• Track record owning complex customer engagements end-to-end.
• Fluency to build integrations and read APIs; diagnose workflow failures.
• Procurement/finance domain knowledge; CPP/CPSM/CPA a plus.
