📋 Description

• Source and engage passive technical talent across platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, AngelList)
• Design top-of-funnel strategy with recruiters and managers; expert in creative sourcing
• Identify and attract diverse candidates at the top-of-funnel
• Move candidates through the recruiting pipeline with speed and transparency
• Pitch candidates with specific, tailored, and creative messaging
• Assist with sending offers and closing candidates

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year experience in recruiting, sourcing, or coordinating in high-growth environments
• Exceptional sourcing skills with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Entelo
• Experience partnering with recruiters and managers to build pipelines in engineering
• Familiarity with Lever or equivalent ATS
