Implementation Product Manager, Home Lending at Truv

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end customer implementation and onboarding for home lending.
• Manage integrations with LOS/POS platforms (Encompass, nCino, Blue Sage, Byte, etc.)
• Partner with lenders to gather business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, CS, operations, and partnerships for deployments.
• Drive scalable onboarding playbooks and integration standards.
• Translate needs into product roadmap priorities and enhancements.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in product management, implementation, or enterprise onboarding.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage origination workflows and lender operations.
• Hands-on LOS/POS experience (Encompass, nCino, Blue Sage, Byte).
• Experience managing API-based integrations and tech projects.
• Strong PM and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple implementations in a fast-paced environment.
