📋 Description
- Set strategy for Strategic Accounts; own revenue and retention goals
- Build and lead programs to improve account health, adoption, and growth
- Lead solution development addressing customer needs with internal partners
- Grow profitable sales by aligning to customer outcomes and objectives
- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs through ongoing engagement
- Strengthen executive relationships and elevate Mindbody as a trusted partner
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years owning Enterprise/Strategic accounts incl. retention & growth
- 3+ years people leadership experience, ideally supporting large/complex accounts
- Strong analytical skills and business judgment in fast-paced environments
- Proven ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution and day-to-day priorities
- Experience building strong relationships with senior leaders, entrepreneurs, studio owners
- Ability to think analytically and apply learnings to complex client situations
- Track record of evaluating and developing talent, building a high-performing team culture
- Comfort with web technologies, CRM, and sales enablement tools; SaaS experience strongly preferred
