🎯 Requirements

• 16+ years in software engineering; 5+ years leading technology teams; React/Node.js exp.
• Deep SDLC understanding; able to guide design, architecture, testing and deployment.
• Proven ability to make technical tradeoffs based on business priorities and roadmaps.
• Experience implementing code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD and performance optimizations.
• Demonstrated team leadership in hiring, onboarding and mentoring.
• Stakeholder collaboration with product managers, designers and senior leadership to align tech with business.
