- Own the mid-market wellness brands' commercial relationship; focus on retention.
- Build executive relationships and drive retention and revenue.
- Collaborate with onboarding, product enablement, and technical teams to deliver value.
- Develop strategic account plans to drive expansion and adoption.
- Lead renewal and upsell negotiations for long-term commitments.
- Monitor account health and forecast retention and expansion.
🎯 Requirements
- 2-3+ years in account management or strategic sales with retention experience.
- Proven success managing complex SaaS or tech-enabled accounts.
- Ability to lead executive-level relationships and influence decisions.
- Strong commercial acumen with contract negotiation and forecasting.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally.
- Data-driven mindset for retention and growth decisions.
