Analyst, FP&A at Generate

📋 Description

• Support full FP&A cycle: budgeting, forecasting, reporting.
• Build and maintain high-impact financial models.
• Provide variance analyses and actionable insights for decisions.
• Align FP&A with accounting data and chart of accounts.
• Collaborate with underwriting, asset management, legal, and capital markets.
• Prepare materials for monthly management reports and board meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of related finance/accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Familiarity with basic accounting concepts and 3-statement models.
• Experience with rolling forecasts and driver-based variance analysis.
• High proficiency in Excel; building and maintaining financial models.
• Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
