• Design and implement supply partnerships across South + LATAM for quality and cost.
• Negotiate and improve supply costs, quality metrics, and availability.

• Drive process improvements by collaborating with internal stakeholders.

• Strong partnership management and relationship-driven models.
• Highly analytical; translate data into action.
• Experience managing KPIs, margins, and operational roadmaps.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• English and Spanish fluent; travel 25-40%.
