📋 Description

• Build and grow a Chinese Web3 community; drive engagement and ecosystem growth.
• Develop growth campaigns; raise activity, participation, and retention.
• Manage daily social media and community ops; post content, respond, track trends.
• Plan online/offline events (AMAs, roundtables, livestreams) to boost participation.
• Create and manage content/editorial calendars; ensure high-quality, shareable content.
• Build relationships with local KOLs/partners; drive co-marketing campaigns.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above; preferred CS/Marketing/Media/Communications.
• 2+ years in Web3 community/content ops, social media, or growth.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin for collaboration.
• Solid Web3/Crypto/Blockchain knowledge; Layer2, DeFi, DAO concepts.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination.
• Strong execution, proactive, fast-paced, multi-tasking.
