- Support customers end-to-end (onboarding, setup, debugging, discovery)
- Resolve inbound issues via email, Slack, Twitter, Reddit
- Collaborate with engineering to document and reproduce bugs
- Surface trends from feedback to inform product decisions
- Lead strategic projects to improve support and product ops

- Excellent communication and customer service with technical users; adapt for non-technical
- Experience troubleshooting APIs and integrations across environments
- Familiarity with SQL, Javascript, APIs, and GitHub; curious to learn
