📋 Description
- Serve as primary strategic advisor for client accounts.
- Develop roadmaps aligning goals, cybersecurity, and compliance.
- Conduct recurring business reviews and executive strategy meetings.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with executives and IT contacts.
- Identify opportunities for modernization, security, automation, and process optimization.
- Assist clients with budgeting and technology planning.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in IT/Cybersecurity or equivalent.
- 4+ years in client success or account management, incl. 2+ years in management.
- Familiarity with IT services, MSPs, or technical support workflows.
- Able to communicate cybersecurity risks and recommendations to executives.
- Experience triaging operational escalations with engineering teams.
- Confident in client meetings, reviewing technical data, and renewal/upsell conversations.
