- Run sessions with analytics/marketing leads to define dashboards
- Investigate data questions across SQL, ingestion pipelines, and sources
- Own pilots/onboarding: define success criteria and initial reporting setup
- Build and optimise dashboards used by hundreds of marketers
- Translate customer requests into specs for Product and Engineering; prioritise
- Spot expansion opportunities and feed back to sales
🎯 Requirements
- A degree in engineering
- 3–6 years in technical, customer-facing roles (TAM, solutions, analytics)
- Strong SQL; experience with large, messy datasets; BI dashboards
- Excellent written and verbal English
- First-principles problem-solver; asks clarifying questions
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
