Systems Architect / Head of Product at Nethermind

Define end-to-end product architecture across hardware, edge software, backend, and interfaces.
Translate founder and customer requirements into clear product specs.
Own MVP scope, prototype, pilot roadmap, and longer-term product roadmap.
Collaborate with engineering, design, business development, and partners to ensure a coherent, deployable product.
Evaluate build-versus-partner decisions across hardware, software, data, and integrations.
Define safe, reliable product behavior for real-world operations; create docs, diagrams, and decision records.

Strong product and systems architecture in automated retail, vending, payments, and IoT.
Ability to work across hardware, software, cloud, data, AI, and field ops.
Strong communication with founders, engineers, and partners; English fluency.
Willingness to travel when needed.
Experience with OEMs, industrial partners, hardware manufacturers.
Experience as founder/ CTO / head of product / principal engineer.
