• Demonstrate Gremlin in customer calls and webinars
• Partner with sales to drive technical wins and grow customers
• Lead proofs-of-concept with potential customers
• Educate customers on Reliability and Chaos Engineering
• Troubleshoot with existing customers on technical projects
• Consult on resiliency of apps and architecture; diagnose gaps

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as a Solutions Architect in a tech company
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Hands-on with Kubernetes platforms: AKS/EKS/GKE; OpenShift/Rancher
• Observability/APM and load testing tools (JMeter, Grafana K6)
• Cloud providers (AWS/Azure/GCP) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Ansible)
