📋 Description

• Design and implement applications and Salesforce solutions with stakeholders.
• Own and integrate business apps including Salesforce, Ironclad, Outreach, Gong, ChurnZero.
• Lead system design, coding, and optimization; review architecture and approvals.
• Manage day-to-day development: version control, deployments, process management.
• Create and manage custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, workflows.
• Identify AI opportunities to automate workflows and boost productivity.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven Salesforce Developer or Business Systems Analyst/Engineer.
• Strong Salesforce knowledge: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components.
• Experience with integrations and API management.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Go-getter, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred: Hubbl/Swantide; Copado, Gearset, SFDX; Einstein Analytics.
