Compensation: $1,200 US Dollars per month
Work Schedule:
Tuesday – Saturday
1:00 PM – 9:00 PM Eastern Time (EST)
This is a Virtual Assistant position as an independent contractor. Paid time off and healthcare benefits are not provided.
Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support high-volume recruiting operations, with a primary focus on improving candidate processing speed, particularly for late-week and after-hours applicants. This role is designed to maintain recruiting momentum, enhance candidate experience, and ensure timely movement through the hiring pipeline.
This position follows a Tuesday–Saturday, 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM schedule to capture applicant activity outside of traditional business hours and support recruiter readiness for the following day.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Focus (Core Responsibilities)
- Process high volumes of applicants, with emphasis on late-week and after-hours submissions
- Conduct resume screening and initial qualification checks based on minimum role criteria
- Prepare candidate summaries and supporting documentation for recruiter review
- Advance or disposition candidates quickly to maintain pipeline velocity and avoid delays
- Ensure consistent, organized tracking of candidate progress within the ATS
Secondary Support Functions
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across recruiting teams
- Support personality testing administration and follow-ups
- Assist with general recruiting efforts across multiple roles as needed
- Provide operational support to recruiters to improve daily workflow efficiency
Performance Expectations / KPIs
- Maintain fast turnaround times on candidate screening and dispositioning
- Improve pipeline speed and candidate flow conversion
- Ensure timely processing of Friday and Saturday applicant volume
- Track and support hires for VA (Virtual Assistant) positions as a defined reporting metric

- Experience in high-volume recruiting, coordination, or recruiting operations support
- Strong ability to screen candidates against minimum qualifications quickly and accurately

- Strong communication and coordination skills
