📋 Description

• Partner with product teams to define metrics and instrumentation
• Collaborate with Data team to evolve data models for self-service querying
• Build dashboards and reports for product health and user behavior
• Conduct ad hoc analysis on funnels, retention, and activation
• Design and analyze A/B tests and experiments
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations for varied audiences

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years in data analyst/product analyst role (SaaS)
• Strong SQL skills for complex queries across large datasets
• Experience with BI tools: Metabase, Looker, Tableau
• Experience with product analytics platforms: Posthog, Mixpanel, Google Analytics
• Solid understanding of funnels, retention, LTV, activation, churn
• Familiarity with experimentation methodology: statistical significance and confidence intervals
