What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

3–5+ years of experience growing YouTube channels with demonstrable results
Proven track record scaling content-driven channels
Strong understanding of YouTube SEO, CTR optimization, audience retention, and watch-time mechanics Experience developing content strategies that drive measurable growth
Strong scriptwriting and storytelling skills
Experience directing editors and managing production workflows
Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken)
Experience using AI tools such as Claude to enhance research and content development
Strong organizational and project management skills
