AV Service Delivery Specialist at NewEraTech

📋 Description

• Act as primary client contact for service issues.
• Act as primary vendor contact for warranty issues and claims.
• Provide AV and videoconferencing troubleshooting; escalate when needed.
• Use ticketing system to create tickets and track issues; coordinate with team.
• Coordinate workflow and dispatch service technicians as needed.
• Work with internal technicians and external vendors to test equipment remotely.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of audiovisual experience and knowledge of AV systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn new skills and keep up with changing tech.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license.
