📋 Description
- Act as primary client contact for service issues.
- Act as primary vendor contact for warranty issues and claims.
- Provide AV and videoconferencing troubleshooting; escalate when needed.
- Use ticketing system to create tickets and track issues; coordinate with team.
- Coordinate workflow and dispatch service technicians as needed.
- Work with internal technicians and external vendors to test equipment remotely.
🎯 Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of audiovisual experience and knowledge of AV systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn new skills and keep up with changing tech.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license.
