📋 Description

• Lead project coordination with consultant team through all phases to deliver contract docs.
• Provide Revit support for project documents.
• Utilize the company's resource groups for design.
• Prepare design and construction documents.
• Assist PM/Architect with construction services (site visits, shop drawings).
• Perform project code searches and analysis.
• Assist in preparing project schedules and reviewing budgets.
• Provide submittal support for jurisdiction agencies.
• Communicate with clients, contractors, consultants, and Ware Malcomb team members.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the field of Architecture
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field
• Revit skills
• Knowledge of Newforma
• Knowledge of building codes
• Ability to coordinate a complete set of contract documents
