📋 Description

  • Provide technical support to users and customers
  • Troubleshoot with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
  • Document findings and solutions for knowledge base
  • Escalate complex requests to appropriate teams
  • Analyze systems per ConnectWise docs and best practices
  • Monitor incidents and report defects to Engineering

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years experience in a technical service role
  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent
  • Windows and Linux servers troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of firewalls, routing, switching, VPN, and wireless
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Familiarity with virtualization and cloud technology
