📋 Description
- Provide technical support to users and customers
- Troubleshoot with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
- Document findings and solutions for knowledge base
- Escalate complex requests to appropriate teams
- Analyze systems per ConnectWise docs and best practices
- Monitor incidents and report defects to Engineering
🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years experience in a technical service role
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent
- Windows and Linux servers troubleshooting
- Knowledge of firewalls, routing, switching, VPN, and wireless
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with virtualization and cloud technology
