🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in short-form video with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro for editing.
• Able to deliver polished content with fast turnaround times.
• Strong videography: camera operation, lighting, and audio; dynamic footage.
• Independently film high-quality content with mobile or professional setups.
• Strong storytelling and on-camera presence; remote-work self-starter.
