📋 Description

• Manage the CDE and document control workflows.
• Act as the digital delivery lead on Germany and Netherlands projects.
• Audit information management for leads, designers and contractors in ACC.
• Monitor ISO 19650 compliance and information standards.
• Oversee concept-to-operations handover and QA.
• Lead meetings, workshops, and updates with senior management and clients.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years delivering international BIM projects.
• Experience as Digital Delivery Manager, BIM Lead, or BIM Manager.
• Excellent communication with clients and BIM experts.
• Deep knowledge of ISO 19650 and data standards.
• Proficient with ACC/Autodesk Construction Cloud docs.
• Revit proficiency; Navisworks and/or Solibri.
