Job Description

📋 Description

  • Expand mindshare and adoption of Bynder across new business units
  • Develop new opportunities with existing clients by promoting products
  • Improve customer satisfaction by responsiveness and anticipating needs
  • Coordinate with Customer Success to identify expansion opportunities
  • Manage relationships with external customer leaders and experts
  • Consult to analyze needs and identify new services or changes

🎯 Requirements

  • At least 5 years of Enterprise Sales or Account Management experience
  • Experience selling in B2B, SaaS/Cloud, DAM, or CMS
  • Prior experience closing net-new or expansion revenue of 1M ARR per year
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, communications, finance, marketing, economics, or related field
  • Strong customer service and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and management
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com
