Implementation Manager - Spend at Airwallex

📋 Description
- Own end-to-end Spend and corporate card implementations for enterprise.
- Turn business needs into actionable implementation plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Lead go-live and early spend activation with quality.
- Troubleshoot integration hurdles and guide complex configurations.
- Advise on integration ecosystems (ERP/HRIS/API).
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in implementation, onboarding, or project management.
- 4+ years client-facing delivery in SaaS/fintech.
- Proven track record delivering cross-functional projects with execs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; steering meetings.
- Experience delivering ERP or accounting platform implementations (Netsuite, SAP, Oracle, Xero).
