📋 Description

• Work with the engineering team to remove friction and boost productivity
• Drive CI runtime down with parallelization, caching, sharding, test selection
• Own the deploy pipeline: progressive rollouts and fast rollbacks
• Own the build toolchain: bundlers, compilers, monorepo tooling
• Harden our supply chain: SBOMs, signed artifacts, GitHub Actions hardening
• Build CLIs, GitHub Apps, and bots to make the right thing easy

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building developer tools, CI/CD, or platform infrastructure
• Track record of turning slow workflows into fast, pleasant
• Deep GitHub expertise: Actions, Apps, APIs, merge queues, and branch protections
• Fluent with JS/TS build tools: esbuild, swc, Vite, Turbopack, tsc, pnpm
• Experience profiling and optimizing across stack: flamegraphs and tracing
• Supply chain security: SBOMs, Sigstore/cosign, SLSA, GH Actions hardening
• Strong opinions on safe, reliable production deploys
