📋 Description

• Lead Platform, Cloud, and SRE teams including hiring and coaching.
• Define strategy for internal platforms, cloud infra, reliability, and observability.
• Improve availability, performance, scalability, security, and operational maturity.
• Establish standards for incident management, DR, and post-incident learning.
• Partner with product and software leaders to improve delivery speed and reliability.
• Guide cloud capacity, cost, and architecture planning to align with priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in software engineering, incl leading infra/platform/cloud/reliability teams.
• 5+ years of people leadership, including leading managers.
• Deep experience with cloud infrastructure, infrastructure as code (IaC), observability.
• Strong judgment in distributed systems, production ops, and reliability.
• Experience defining engineering strategy and roadmaps across cross-functional teams.
• BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; ability to influence leaders.
