Job Description
- Experience placing international talent into US companies at a nearshore or offshore staffing firm
- C2-level English with flawless communication on calls
- Startup experience moving fast while owning outcomes
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, and cold outreach
- Experience managing full-cycle recruiting pipeline in Recruit CRM or similar ATS
- Comfortable working Monday through Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM CT
