📋 Description

• Own the entire legal function: contracts, governance, IP, licensing, expansion.
• Sole in-house resource reporting to the CFO with high autonomy.
• Policies and processes are being built; you will write the playbook.
• Manage outside counsel across four jurisdictions; advise on compliance and AI policy.
• Collaborate across US, AU, UK/Europe, and LATAM teams.
• Work in a fast-paced, AI-forward environment for a growth-stage tech company.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12 years PQE; top-tier firm and in-house at growth-stage tech company.
• Able to act as sole/first in-house lawyer across multiple legal domains.
• Commercial contracts with enterprise customers (retail/media/SaaS).
• Cross-border US experience with AU/UK or LATAM.
• Outside counsel management: budget, panel coordination, vendor selection.
• Fluent with technology; comfortable in an AI-forward environment.
