- Communication: Professional verbal communication, clear articulation, and the ability to adapt tone to client needs in either language.
- Coordination: Comfort with structured meeting workflows, following provided job descriptions and candidate profiles accurately.
- Reliability: On-time attendance for scheduled calls and responsiveness to scheduling instructions.
- Attention to detail: Ability to track the meeting purpose, topics, and next steps without missing key information.
- Confidentiality & trust: Responsible handling of sensitive candidate and client information.
- Soft skills: Calm under pressure, strong interpersonal skills, and a service-oriented mindset focused on client experience.
Experience: While direct recruiting or calling experience is helpful, we mainly look for bilingual fluency, professionalism, and the ability to follow process instructions accurately.
