📋 Description

• Partner with Senior Leadership Team to define analytics strategy aligned with growth targets.
• Collaborate with Dev, Product, Marketing and Support on roadmaps.
• Drive data-informed decisions to improve operational efficiency.
• Own and improve analytics pipeline; manage vendors; add visualization tools.
• Collaborate with Privacy & Security to ensure data governance and compliance.
• Mentor BI and data engineering teams; promote innovation.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in BI or related field with leadership in SaaS/tech.
• Experience scaling BI tooling across the organization in a values-driven way.
• Strong skills with Snowflake, Looker, Fivetran, Census.
• Ability to build trusted relationships; proactive communicator.
• Hands-on, able to roll up sleeves while building scalable processes.
• Expertise in data modelling, data warehousing, ETL; data governance; mentorship.
