• Own interview scheduling end-to-end across candidates and interviewers.
• Manage requisitions, candidate records, and ATS pipeline.
• Serve as a warm, responsive point of contact for candidates.

• Prepare offer letters, background checks, and onboarding handoffs.
• Coordinate logistics for recruiting events, career fairs, and sourcing campaigns.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on ATS experience (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, iCIMS).
• Exceptional attention to detail with an ownership mindset.
• Strong organizational skills; ability to juggle multiple roles.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
• Genuine desire to grow in talent acquisition and lifecycle.
• 2-4+ years coordinating, administrative, or People support.
