📋 Description
- Schedule and coordinate center programs; provide support for meetings and events setups.
- Welcome participants and visitors in a warm, friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, voicemails, and faxes.
- Assist with participant registration and enrollment processes; coordinate transportation arrangements for participants as needed.
- Maintain participant records, documentation and collaborative planning with members of the interdisciplinary team.
- Support inventory and ordering for center functions.
🎯 Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in administrative assistant/reception experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 360.
- Knowledge of PACE (nice to have).
- Background in healthcare facility administration (nice to have).
