- Execute Operational Objectives; build repeatable processes and track metrics.
- Collaborate on Financial Decisions with staff and partners.
- Lead Growth Initiatives; improve ops and expand revenue with employee-owners.
- Manage HR and Personnel; handle performance, raises, and evaluations.

- D2C growth experience; led a brand to multi-millions in revenue with P&L ownership.
- Strong marketing background; build brand awareness and loyalty.
- Supply chain fluency; navigate complex, values-driven supply chains.
- Entrepreneurial mindset; hands-on, innovative, ownership-driven.
- Proven leadership; build teams and drive results.
- Michigan presence; based in Michigan or on-ground commitment.
