- Drive growth levers and shape product priorities across strategy and ops.
- Own end-to-end initiatives from diagnosis to adoption; kill low-value work.
- Build systems, playbooks, and automation to scale client work.
- Create analytics infrastructure for self-diagnosis and scalable processes.
- Align cross-functional teams on priorities and investments.
🎯 Requirements
- Track record of owning operational outcomes end-to-end in strategy, ops, or consulting.
- Experience managing client relationships or high-touch client delivery.
- Ability to turn messy data into actionable insights across multiple systems.
- Experience persuading cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Legal) to act on your recommendations.
- Technical fluency to build automations and tools without heavy engineering support.
- Strategy-to-execution background (consulting or high-growth startup) preferred.
