- Engage and qualify a high volume of inbound leads via chat, email, and phone
- Generate qualified opportunities and handoffs for Account Executives
- Develop product knowledge to connect Envoy to prospects' needs
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support to create great experiences
- Share best practices and mentor newer reps as you ramp
- Hybrid role requiring at least 4 days/week at SF HQ
🎯 Requirements
- 6 months–1 year of post-grad experience or internship in a customer-facing field
- High sense of integrity and personal accountability
- Excellent time management, organization, and autonomy
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Intellectual curiosity and ambition to build a foundation in sales
