Field Engineer - APJ at Cursor

Partner with Account Executives to lead technical discovery, demos, and PoCs
Build trusted relationships with engineering leaders and developers as their technical advisor
Translate requirements into solution designs and rollout best practices
Develop and deliver technical presentations, whiteboard sessions, and hands-on workshops
Act as the customer's technical advocate, influencing roadmap priorities and escalating feedback
Collaborate with post-sales teams for smooth handoff and onboarding

Strong communication and executive presence; comfortable coding or presenting to CTOs
Deep understanding of SDLC, modern engineering orgs, and developer productivity
Hands-on technical ability; fluent in AI tooling and debugging complex environments
Customer-obsessed with translating technical details into business impact
Experience in Field Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Pre-Sales, or enterprise software consulting
