🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
• 3-7 years in manufacturing, production, or industrial operations.
• Proven ability to manage and develop a technical team.
• Familiarity with manufacturing metrics (OEE) and root-cause analysis.
• Understanding of mechanical systems and automated equipment.
• Proactive, adaptable, with a get it done attitude.
