• Lead day-to-day creative development and production for social brands
• Excel at ideation and creative development; love pitching and making
• Manage complex productions from pre to post, incl. editing, motion, VFX
• Stay ahead of trends, platform features and social best practices
• Be client-facing, grow client relationships with teams
• Maintain high standards of creative excellence across pitches and campaigns

🎯 Requirements

• 10-12+ years agency or brand-side experience in social/creative advertising
• Deep understanding of evolving social space and viral trends
• Proven experience leading high-volume social/digital productions with modern pipelines (VFX/AI tools a plus)
• A leader who brings structure, inspiration and guidance to a creative team
• Thrive as a player-coach, hands-on with the work
• Proficient in Google Slides and Adobe Creative Suite
