- Ensure accurate medical records and documentation
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in customer service (concierge/white-glove)
- 3+ years in small animal veterinary practice (preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication with empathy
- Ownership of client concerns and timely resolution
- Proficiency with medical record software and support tools
- Reliable internet and quiet, distraction-free workspace
