📋 Description
- Hire, coach, and develop a diverse part-time staff (Shift Leaders, Crew, Drivers).
- Lead service components: food quality, customer service, and store cleanliness.
- Establish a culture of excellence prioritizing quality, service, and sales.
- Manage and audit inventory to maintain proper controls.
- Create and execute local marketing drops.
- Drive in-store recognition programs and contests.
🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years of management/leadership in restaurant or retail.
- Availability for 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thu-Sun.
- Benevolent leadership with a player-coach mentality.
- Innate hospitality and ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Solid tech acumen with restaurant/retail software, MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams.
- Familiarity with convection ovens is a plus.
