📋 Description
- Lead front-of-house operations to ensure guest experiences.
- Manage daily FOH and retail operations; coordinate seating and flow.
- Coach team on service standards and Magnolia policies in real time.
- Communicate wait times and updates; escalate issues as needed.
- Support training; reinforce menu, beverages, and Magnolia standards.
- Ensure sanitation, food safety, and workplace safety standards.
🎯 Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- 2-4 years related experience; or equivalent.
- Texas Food Manager’s Certification and TABC Certification required.
- Availability to work weekends, nights, special events, and holidays.
- Hard skills: Excel, Toast, NetSuite; food safety; strong service.
