📋 Description
- Engage with Box’s strategic customers to ensure seamless renewals and value realization.
- Manage about 100 customer renewals per year.
- Drive renewal strategy, pricing options, and expansion opportunities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maximize renewal revenue.
- Create proposals, prepare contracts, and drive full agreement to closure.
- Forecast renewal outcomes monthly and quarterly in SFDC.
🎯 Requirements
- AI-first mindset and growth orientation.
- Experience negotiating deals from $100k-$1M with complex terms.
- 5+ years in B2B Enterprise Sales, Renewals or Account Management.
- Experience with consumption-based pricing models or variable demand models is a big advantage.
- Ability to align with Box strategic direction while supporting internal teams.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
